How does a truck refrigeration unit work?

Jun  27,2018

1, the basic idea of refrigeration
The use of liquid evaporation can absorb the heat of the surrounding environment.

2, refrigeration cycle
Increase the pressure and force cooling so that the refrigerant converts the gas into liquid and releases heat.
The high-pressure liquid passes through the small holes and rapidly expands and decompresses, vaporizes, and absorbs heat.
Combining the above two processes, a refrigeration cycle can be formed.

3, 4 necessary components:
Compressor, Condenser, Throttling (Expansion) Device, Evaporator

The compressor is the power for the refrigeration cycle, compressing the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapors to a high temperature and high pressure so that normal-temperature air or water can be used as a cooling medium to condense the refrigerant vapors.

Zhengzhou Guchen industry Co., Ltd. as the distributor of QP series compressors supplies original imported QP compressors and other original compressor spare parts for refrigeration units with competitive pricing.

The QP compressors are commonly used for the refrigeration industry and air conditioner industry. Especially the swash plate QP compressors are very suitable for the refrigeration units that adopt R404a refrigerant.

The condenser is a heat exchange device, the role is to use the ambient cooling medium (air or water), the high temperature and high pressure refrigeration vapor from the cold compressor heat away, so that high temperature and high pressure refrigerant vapor cooling, condensing into a high pressure refrigerant at room temperature liquid.

For example, Guchen Thermo TR-350 truck refrigeration units With R404a Eco-friendly refrigerant, it can offer the big cooling capacity up to 3815W, to keep temperature range from -30 ℃ to + 30 ℃ for transporting fresh or deep frozen cargoes.

Expansion valve
The high-pressure refrigerant liquid at room temperature passes through a pressure-reducing device, a throttling element, to obtain a low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant, which is then sent into the evaporator to absorb heat and evaporate.

The evaporator is also a heat exchange device. The refrigerant liquid evaporates into vapor in the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the cooled material, and lowers the temperature of the material, achieving the purpose of freezing and refrigerating the food.
